Clearly the best customer satisfaction in the industry. Across the board Max does better than its competitors in industry customer satisfaction surveys. According to the trademark survey from ISI Wissing, which analysed 250 brands in Sweden, Max clearly had the industry’s most satisfied customers – for the ninth year in a row.
"Compared to other fast-food restaurants Max received a remarkably high score. Max is a clear winner both in terms of overall opinion among adults and its rating within each customer group. The KNI-index (customer satisfaction index) equalled 38 for Max while McDonald’s and Burger King come in at 11 and 22."

As one of ten foreign fast-food chains, Max is listed in the article "Fast-food freedom: Top foreign chains we want in the USA" by USA Today. They use our burgers fresh to order, variety of dipping sauces, low-carb, low-calorie and vegetarian options as reasons to get Max stateside.
Top 3 - in the world!
When Travel + Leisure ranked the best airport restaurants in the world Max was among top three along with Gordon Ramsey. Max also wins basically all the taste tests conducted in Sweden. When we asked customers to test our hamburgers versus McDonald’s hamburgers, more than 8 out of 10 choose Max. One reason for us winning the taste tests is that we are constantly developing our concept and working with products of the highest quality. Max was also recently appointed top ten most innovative restaurants in the world by the reputable journal Fast Company.
